How to order

Thank you very much for your interest in our Online-Shop. For your orders, please note our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and the instructions below.

Ordering:

Placing an order is exclusively possible through our Online Shop. For ordering in the Online Shop, please choose the item you desire, place it in the basket and click „into the cart“. You may at any time change the ordered quantities in the cart or remove items from the cart. To complete your order, just follow the instructions. By clicking „Submit order“, the order is transmitted to us.

To make your order effective, please also note our General Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy. Please read and accept them in order to complete your purchase.

Following your order, you will receive a confirmation email, stating your order no., details of the purchased item(s), payment terms and cancellation policy.

Methods of payment:

Silver25® is currently offering you the following methods of payment:

  • Payment before delivery
  • Payment by immediate transfer
  • Payment via Pay Pal

After settlement of your first order, we offer you payment on invoice for any further orders.

The prices stated are those valid at the time of ordering. All prices include the currently applicable value-added tax.

Shipping costs:

Please note that for each order we will charge shipping costs. If the delivery is a part-shipment, shipping costs will be charged only once. We do not require you to order a minimum value.

Delivery

Shipment of the goods will take place:

  • after receipt of the credit entry in the case of payment before delivery
  • after payment confirmation of your bank in the case of direct debit or payment before delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address stated by the orderer. Any statement on delivery time is without commitment, unless in an exceptional case a date of delivery has mutually been agreed upon. Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your order.

All Silver25® articles in the Online Shop are in stock and available while displayed online. This will ensure that we can execute an order with a high degree of certainty.

Our Shipping and Logistics Partners

For the sake of fast and safe delivery of your orders to your home, Silver25® has for many years been cooperating with DHL. As a rule, you will receive the delivery on the following working day. The goods are only sent under insurance cover or as registered mail.

Cancellation & Return

You may cancel your contractual declaration (order) in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) within two weeks without giving reasons. To keep the cancellation period, you just have to submit the cancellation of the goods in due time. Please note that we cannot accept unpaid returns of a goods value of up to 40 euro, unless the delivered items do not conform to the ordered items.

Due to the specific composition of the goods and owing to the fact that the goods may get in contact with highly sensitive skin, we ask for your understanding that correctly delivered items can, for hygienic reasons, not be accepted for return after being used (i.e. after washing and/or wearing). We are certain that this also lies in your interest.

Should any product you have purchased in our Online Shop give rise to complaints despite our thorough quality control and high quality standards, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our complaint management. Please write an email to info@silver25.de, stating the reason of complaint. This email address is protected against spambots! You need to activate JavaScript in order to see it. We will then agree with you individually on how to proceed with the complaint and the return of the goods.

Otherwise, the relevant statutory warranty terms shall apply (see GTC). Exempted from warranty are defects of the goods attributable to normal wear and tear, improper handling and/or lack of care or incorrect care.
